Extension of the household allowance in respect of the spouse

This message concerns pensioners who receive the household allowance granted on a provisional basis until 30.06.2023. This date is indicated on the most recent extension document you received.

To enable us to confirm the entitlement to the household allowance granted to you and to assess any extension, we kindly ask you to provide us as soon as possible with the document received from the national tax authorities concerning your spouse’s income for 2021 and, if possible, for 2022.

If there is no activity, please provide us with a document from the tax authorities confirming that your spouse has not submitted a tax declaration for income 2021 or any other official document confirming an absence of professional activity.

Please note that the provisions on the protection of personal data oblige us to refrain from communicating and receiving any information containing personal data via unsecured channels such as e-mail. Therefore, we invite you to submit your declaration “professional activity/income of my spouse/recognised partner” from the SYSPER POST ACTIVITY application.
