PMO phone lines return to normal opening hours

Our Pensions phone line +32 2 297 88 00 is returning to its standard opening hours after the reduced schedules in July and August. 

From 1 September, PMO Pensions team will be available to assist you and answer any questions you may have on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9.30 to 12.30. The telephone line for declaring death + 32 2 295 20 17 remains available from Monday to Friday from 9.30 to 17.00. 

Please also note that PMO JSIS phone services will also resume their normal working hours on 1 September. JSIS colleagues will be answering your calls every working day from 9.30 to 12.30 on the following numbers:
