Pensions and transfer of pension rights

Pensioners from the EP (pensionsatep [dot] europa [dot] eu (pensions[at]ep[dot]europa[dot]eu)), the Court of Justice, and the Economic and Social Committee are invited to contact their original institution for questions other than those concerning the JSIS. 

In the event of death:   

In the event of the death of a pensioner, you must inform the PMO.2 (the "Survival" team) as soon as possible.

Contact for the transfer in of pension rights   

Requests for information are submitted via the Staff Matters web portal. The request for transfer in is submitted through SYSPER (rights and privileges/declarations/pension/my requests for transfer in or redemption of pension rights/new request).

Contact for the transfer out of pension rights

You should contact the transfer out team if you have completed your service with the EU institutions but are not eligible for an EU pension.

Accessing Sysper Post Activity

To access My Intracomm and Sysper Post Activity, retirees and the unemployed must obtain, before the end of service, an external EU Login account (the same as for JSIS online). All you need is a mobile phone number and an email address.  

If, however, you have not created your External EU Login account before leaving the Institutions, below you will find guides to help you to do so now.  

As soon as you have obtained your External EU Login account, you will be able to access Sysper Post Activity via My Remote.
